Le problème est avec le Summilux 35 Canada préasph (Sn. 2.870.XXX) une fois utilisé sur le M8 au delà de 5/6 metres.
L'objectif est protégé dans sa partie arrière par un anneau de protection comme la première serie de Summilux 35 et il est absolument impossible de focaliser à partir de 5/6 mètres jusque à l'infini (c'est exactement le même problème comme le Voigtlander-Cosina Nokton 35 1:1,2).
Ce n'est pas un grand problème pendant l'opération de focalisation parce que quand le mouvement de la rampe hélicoïdale devient tout d'abord difficile et la rotation va se fermer il est simplement suffisant de s'arrêter mais le problème est bien plus important si l'objectif est monté sur le boitier du M8 lorsque il est déjà sur infini.
Avec le montage de l'objectif déjà sur infini on risque des sérieux dommages du corps M8 et Leica n'a pas énuméré cet objectif parmi ceux qu'il n'est pas possible employer sur la M8.
Je pense absolument qu'il faut communiquer le problème.

The problem is with the Summilux 35 Canada preasph ( sn. 2.870.XXX ) when used on M8 beyond 5/6 mt.
The Lens is protected in the back side by a protection ring like the first Summilux 35 serie and it is absolutely impossible to focussing beyond 5/6 mt to infinite (the same problem like the Voigtlander-Cosina Nocton 35 1:1,2).
It is not a big problem during the focussing operation because when the focussing helicoidal moves with difficulty is just sufficient to stop but the problem it is very important if the lens comes mounted on the M8 bayonet when it is already on infinite.
Mounting the lens already to infinite existe serious risk of damaging of the M8 internal body and Leica has not comprised this lens between those not usable on M8 camera.
I think absolutely necessary to communicate the problem.
